Looks like a surface pro for me because of the flash player not being in Jellybean (I assume Samsung will update this) and I already got my nexus 7 :D

i agree price is a little bit over but not that mean apple is cheap !

Chard, 10 Aug 2012This slate is already available here in the Philippines.I don't think it is the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 P5100 as shown here: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_tab_2_10_1_p5100-4567.php it has similar physical appearance but different internals. Double check your facts. Rumor has it this Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 will be officially on Philippine market after August 15, 2012, if not early September 2012 with a price range just about 30-32K.

The chip speed is pretty much standard now. Adding a stylus = dull and not very innovative. And samsung have come late to the party again with the screen. Asus and even acer both have full HD tablets now. When are samsung going to get serious about tablets? Lay some full HD OLED tablets on us already!!!

Yes this article is correct that 10.1 is heading towards netbook replacement, but I suspect it will be Win 8 devices that actually achieve it. After all Win 8 is rumored to to do just that so why buy this or even an iPad when it is better to wait and see what all the fuss is about. This what I am looking for - a true netbook replacement for all the business functionality that Android and Apple are not delivering at the moment.

People must realize that Galaxy note 10.1 is a very unique product and Samsung is the only company that can afford to put out such product with such spec and at that price level. I'm going to get this device because currently there is no other choice that satisfies my needs on the market, and I'm also looking forward to see what the successor of this device will look like.
