We have to Look carefully around of Sony Xperia Z4, it has many great things that we should know, Z3 is also best, now Z4 is greater and standard more, eventhough it has no input some Technologies, but the Icon style is always looks so Cute and Best Camera Phone, The quality of a product is focus on what the Company has design out. Sony, Great Touch, Great Show, Great View, Great System, Great Business Communication. Thank you Sony that you make believe. Love Sony.

BUT... at this... moreFor my money the Z series Xperia phones have been easily the best phones on the market since the Z1. High performance (as good as any other flagship phone), Apple quality style and premium build quality, the best battery life around and waterproof (I've used mine as an underwater camera). And the only Android phone maker offering flagship performance phone in both big and small
sizes.
So design and quality has certainly not been the reason they aren't selling as well as other phones. I don't know why they aren't getting US carriers, but that's the main issue. They sell pretty well everywhere else.

What for, even Apple is not using QHD and yet ... moreNo...don't compare S6 with its predecessor...its predecessor had bigger battery and FHD screen...while S6 has QHD screen and smaller battery , compare it with HTC M9 which has FHD screen and bigger battery , still has worse battery life than S6...!
Even see Note 3 & Note 4...while Note 4 is more powerful and has QHD screen , still scores more in battery life with the same battery capacity as Note 3...!

Ok guys... I get your point. Personally and 1st of all, 1080p for me is ENOUGH. BUT... at this point in time, Sony is quite losing in this business. That means, they need to give a good fight which means, they have to give what people want. They need to follow the trend in order for them to be under the spotlight. I think it makes sense that we argue that 1080p is enough but Are We All Enough to rescue Sony in this business? And No matter how much we explain the Science behind this, hosnestly QHD of the S6 is very much tempting. If you speak of the iPhone, it's a different case because of it's different ecosystem. Android is crowded and there's a lot of great competitors amd you need to standout and make yourself appealing in order for you to survive. I hope everybody gets my point. Still hoping for the best and good luck to Sony.

have you ever raised question on Samsung or HTC to decrease their bezels? You are raising question on a company which is already providing comparatively better screen to body ratio than other flagships!!

I don't need QHD on 5.2" screen size.
Currently what SONY should focus on is
Audio : put some good DAC/AMP on xperia flagship just like another brand does. Using WM8740 or CS4398 would be great.
Main Camera : image processing. WB and ISO adjusting of superior auto mode was suck on Z to Z3. However I see the comparison photo of Z3 and Z4 already which clearly show how much it's improve. OIS or laser focus should be install to produce better focusing.
Front Camera : I have seen comparison between front camera of Z3 and M4 aqua already. M4 aqua hold greater front camera. I'm very sure the Z4 front camera would be same as M4 aqua.

What for, even Apple is not using QHD and yet they made a huge profit by breaking Jobs rule not to exceed 3.5" and COPYING Android giant screens. Oh USELESS QHD, no one would use a microscope to browse or watch movies on a 5" screen. LG and SAMSUNG has already shown the effect of QHD in battery life, both G3/S6 have shown PATHETIC battery life compare to their predecessor and compared to Z3 and Z3C. SONY must not make a mistake by COPYING these two companies in using QHD. It's funny to see people carrying thin smartphones together with BULKY mobile chargers- where is the logic. Power efficiency is always neglected due to this thinness and QHD race.

I have the 6.44" Sony Z U ltra with the 1080p resolution and it looks great, very sharp and so there would be no need for a 5.1" device to have a QHD resolution, just a waste of battery life.

Why do You start to compare it to other phones and why are you getting irritated for a simple question ? I think and mean also that Z3 already is big enough actually little too big, but hope that they can get the size smaller for the next model.

It seems like the master piece " Sony Xperia Z4" ,will be within reach much sooner than anticipated. It is going to blow minds away. The wait is hard, but worth it.
